The worlds biggest gathering of air safety investigators is taking place at the Hague, Netherlands from 03-05 Sept 2019. My submission has been selected by the conference technical committee. I am proud to announce that I will be delivering my presentation to the astute community of investigators and safety professionals.
My paper is based on 03 chosen incidents, one of which could have been the worlds worst air disaster. The subject is “Inattentional blindness during visual approach”.
