Aviation is a high risk industry where even a small error can lead to losses to human lives , property and reputation. Industries like the Nuclear, Oil and Gas etc. which are also high risk industries need to manage  unexpected events which can be disorganizing. It takes both anticipation and resilience to manage unexpected disruptions, a combination which is known as mindful organizing.

Soon you might see your food delivery by a Drone rather than the army of boys zipping on bikes, weaving through the traffic.  You could order a drone cab and travel to the destination straight as the crow flies and control your personal drone with the touch on the screen of your personal device. This is the level of freedom and facility that is being planned to be rolled out for the Indian public use. There is a need to keep it Whippy, Flippy and Quiet.

A phone conversation while driving blinds the brain to unexpected objects that may come in our path. The crew of Air Canada carrying out a visual approach would have experienced the same when they approached to land at San Fransisco.
